Life skills: Approach from Integrationist Psychology and Complexity. Competencias para la vida: Aproximación desde la Psicología Integracionista y la Complejidad.

Abstract

This work aims to present a proposal for understanding, characterization and development of competencies for life from two perspectives: a disciplinary action, from the possibility of an Integrationist Psychology and other interdisciplinary one addressed to try an approximation to the Paradigm of Complexity. In order to do this, it is important to clarify first the epistemological and ontological conceptions, the theoretical, methodological and technological foundations which legitimize the existence of an Integrationist Psychology to attempt to its relationship with the Complexity. From such an attempt, the idea is to develop a proposal to build up the competencies for life as an alternative to improve the quality of people’s life.
