Evaluación y formulación de caso para los trastornos de ansiedad en Colombia.

Abstract
Anxiety disorders are considered as a mental public health problem that ranks first disability worldwide, including Colombia (24% of prevalence). Regarding the psychotherapeutic management, in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, the cognitive-behavioral treatments have shown 80-90% effectiveness (Barlow, 1997), scope attributed to its structure which includes evaluation and formulation of clinical case, which are an inferential processes of causes and maintenance of clinical troubles. However, locally are not evident enough studies of validation and adaptation of evaluation and formulation’s scheme of anxiety disorders, being deficient the use of instruments and procedures tailored to the Colombian population. It concludes to build solid, efficient and recognized tools by the scientific community.
