Abstract

This article makes an analysis of organizational behavior and organizational behavior, asking the organization theories about what they mean by that term. Initially we take the classical theory not find an answer, even constructing the concept of organization. It then examines human relations theory finding a partner like the first concept is the group behavior and organizational psychology with him and sociological understanding of the organization. The turn of the middle century was the theory of reference systems, which is explicitly stated and explained in the concept of organization and begin to build the organizational behavior.
