Abstract
Social representations are important because they mobilize emotions and are built and structured through processes of social interaction and communication. these representations may vary from one group to another, and they depend on aspects as social category of groups, values, status, experience, cultural, historical and social contexts, Jodelet (1991). Objective of the study is to determine: What is the concept or social representation on modern woman that are having subjects drawn from three uncorrelated populations. In results, sAM set was constituted by the following categories: (first five). Users: desmadrosa, bad, rude, crazy, hard-working. Employees: hard-working, independent, responsible, educated woman, woman capable. students: hard-working, independent, intelligent, liberal, responsible. Women: hard-working, independent, intelligent, liberal, responsible. Men: hard-working, nice, disastrous, bad, prostitute.
