Abstract

This article aims to present the results of a research project entitled “Influence of the game as Pillar of Education in the Development of Oral and Written Language through Table Games”. The research was conducted during the second half of 2012 and the first half of 2013, from a quantitative perspective explanatory type, then allowed to find that the proposed games are effective teaching strategy in the development of oral and written language, allowing also explain how this development occurs. They conducted a pilot using pre-test format and post-test validated by experts through Kappa index. The sample consisted of girls and children in some of the local Community Homes Fontibón, Bogotá D.C.
