Abstract
The present article is based on the investigation realized in 2006 in the Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana, Facultad de Psicología, Área de Psicología Organizacional, in which as it leaves the process of formulation of the line of investigation in organizational psychology, in which as it leaves from the process of formulation of the line of investigation in organizational psychology it touched the first level of the knowledge of the organizational world what is the individual conduct, like one of the four explanatory components of the behavior. 40 documents were chose, half on general psychology and the other on organizational behavior, of diverse dates, half of them published before the year 2000 and the other half after this year, to compare the contents of psychology with those of the individual behavior in the organizations. As a result of that comparison and the realized analysis, the discussion is come off on the meaning of the individual conduct like integral element in the organizational behavior and its explanatory and comprehensive implications in the organization. Within the formulation of hypothesis, is maintained that individual psychology enter and the organizational behavior is no greater relation, inasmuch as the join that the organization does of the individual in her integration does not depend on the personal characteristics in case, but depends on the behavior determinants of the groups, the processes, the structure, the organizational system of management.
