Abstract
This paper describes how the subjectivities of the workers in a service company are building from the performances of the human resources area (Garcia & Carvajal, 2007). The ethnographic study was made through instruments to collect and to analyse the information. This collect was made by reading texts, participant observation, informal talks and depth interviews. The analysis was made through interpretative repertory, as regularities or patrons that appears in the discourse even the variability of the discourse (Potter & Wheterell 1996). The results show the use of organizational performances that made the subjectivities of the employees autonomous, involve and flexible subjects, characteristics of the contemporary work.
