Mobbing and its association with psychosocial factors in upper secondary level teachers in Mexico

Abstract
The objective was to explore the prevalence of mobbing or psychological harassment in the workplace and its relationship with psychosocial factors in senior High school teachers in Mexico. this study used a Cross-sectional design and ssPs version 15. It was found the existence of psychological harassment and psychological violence in the workplace. there was not statistical correlation between mobbing and psychosocial factors. there was a significance correlation between psychological violence, and the work place conditions.
