Productive conversations as a strategy to generate collaborative relationships in organizational contexts: The mutual case
Las conversaciones productivas como estrategia para generar relaciones colaborativas en contextos organizativos: El caso mutual
Main Article Content
The present work parts from the assumption that the social dimension is intimately linked to the symbolic dimension, as well as to the co-construction and circulation of conversations. Consequently, this dimension is conceived as a founding part in people’s lives and not as something external to them. Parting from this, the objectives of the present research are, on the one hand, the thorough study of the conversations that people carry out in their daily interactions/interactive practices (micropractice) and, on the other, the study of the problematic macro-social conditions that different organizations face. The methodological-theoretical perspective was based on qualitative research. In the field work a study case was carried out under the investigation-action (I-A) methodology, organized in three phases: functional, growth and development. The methodological strategies were based on techniques oriented towards experiencing/living, asking and examining. The conclusions of the study contribute to the creation of analysis categories that allow an understanding of the conversational processes that constitute the organizational frame.
