Work motivation in workers of formal companies in the city of Bogotá
Motivación laboral en trabajadores de empresas formales de la ciudad de Bogotá

This study was aimed to determine whether there are significant differences among 385 workers at the time of the study were working to Bogota companies, according to the variables of sex, age and type of contract with the variables having the Labor motivation survey ( ML ) in the variable intrinsic motivation divided into 4 sub - variables : power, achievement, affiliation - intimacy and progress , growth, and the variable auto - competition , divided into two sub - variables: persistence and situational . It was evident that among the 38 analyzes were performed at each of the variables, five significant differences.
