Evidências confirmatórias da Escala de Clareza Subjetiva de Autoconceito (ECSA) em adultos mexicanos

Resumo

A claridade do autoconceito e um aspecto do eu que está ligado ao bem-estar e à saúde mental, por isso seu estúdio tem-se tornado cada vez mais relevante. A Escala de Claridade Subjetiva do Autoconceito (ECSA) e um instrumento do qual tem-se exibido evidências exploratórias sobre sua pertinência e precisão em adultos mexicanos. O presente estúdio teve por objetivo obter evidência confirmatória da validade e confiabilidade da ECSA através de questionários on-line. No total, participaram 424 voluntários da Cidade de México e área metropolitana, quem responderam ao instrumento por meio de um questionário em Google Forms. Para alcançar os objetivos, foram realizadas análises fatoriais confirmatórias (AFC) com o fim de provar o modelo; depois, se calcularam os coeficientes Alfa de Cronbach e Omega de McDonald; e, por último, se realizo um AFC multigrupo. Os resultados mostraram que o modelo teve um excelente ajuste aos dados, os coeficientes Alfa e Omega mostraram que as pontuações da escala tiveram uma consistência interna adequada e, além disso, se encontrou que há uma equivalência completa em a estrutura fatorial da ECSA entre homens e mulheres. Em conclusão, os resultados respaldam a pertinência de a ECSA, confirmando o modelo em que se estabelece que a claridade de o autoconceito se compõe por a certeza, congruência e estabilidade. Assim, este instrumento permitirá continuar com a linha de pesquisa em México.
