Abstract

This article is based on research conducted in 2008 in the area of Organizational Psychology as part of the process of formulating the research in organizational behavior. He took the second level of organizational world which

is the behavior of the group, explaining the four components of organizational behavior. 80 documents were selected, half of them published before 2000 and half after that year, on anthropology, sociology, social psychology and organizational behavior, various dates, to compare the contents between the three with the group behavior in organizations. As a result of this comparison and analysis, we discuss the scope of group behavior as a component of organizational behavior and its implications for explanation and understanding in society and in the organization. As proposed, it is argued that between social psychology and organizational behavior there is a greater, as the articulation of the so-called organizational psychology is based on incorporation and depends on the levels reached by it and its implications for sociology and anthropology . It is important to articulate the group behavior as an axis with individual and organizational.
