Questionário de Regulação Comportamental no Exercício Físico: uma revisão sistemática

No âmbito da teoria da autodeterminação, o Questionário de Regulação Comportamental em Exercício tem sido amplamente utilizado em múltiplos contextos culturais. Fornece uma visão da regulamentação comportamental em relação ao exercício físico e suas consequências associadas. A revisão sistemática seguinte visa analisar as suas características e propriedades psicométricas em diferentes apresentações linguísticas. Foram analisados vinte e três artigos instrumentais com objectivos de desenvolvimento, adaptação ou validação publicados em revistas revisadas por pares em inglês e espanhol identificadas nas bases de dados Dialnet e Scopus. Em geral, existem indicadores aceitáveis de validade e fiabilidade com ajustamentos satisfatórios para diferentes estruturas dimensionais, bem como diferenças no número e redacção dos artigos. Não houve predominância de um modelo de medição, embora houvesse uma maior conformidade na organização dos regulamentos num padrão ordenado. As associações entre as assinaturas indicam construções relacionadas mas na sua maioria distintas, exigindo uma interpretação cuidadosa das distinções entre regulamentação intrínseca e regulamentação identificada. Por sua vez, foram encontradas relações teoricamente esperadas com os antecedentes e consequentes estudados. Apesar das diferentes estruturas latentes, as provas disponíveis apoiam a multidimensionalidade da motivação como um continuum de autodeterminação.
